Rancho Palos Verdes residents are being urged to prepare for more power shutoffs on Monday as a storm brings heavy rain to the area. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Los Angeles County, including Rancho Palos Verdes, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.
