Draft to Feature 36 Picks, Aired Live at 7:30 PM ET
The 2024 WNBA Draft, presented by State Farm, will be held live at the Brooklyn Academy of Music on Monday, April 15th. ESPN will broadcast the event live at 7:30 PM ET.
The draft will feature 36 picks, with the Indiana Fever holding the first overall selection. The Fever are expected to select Iowa star Caitlin Clark, who is a two-time Naismith Player of the Year.
The rest of the top 10 picks are expected to go to Azzi Fudd (UConn), Celeste Taylor (Duke), Shailyn Gore (Vanderbilt), Taylor Mikesell (Ohio State), Diamond Johnson (North Carolina), Lauren Betts (Tennessee), Sofia Bell (Oregon), and Charli Collier (Texas).
The 2024 WNBA Draft is expected to be one of the most competitive in recent years, with several highly talented prospects available.
